Hot Wheels Wiki says - Feline Lucky is a depiction of a maneki-neko on wheels. Its left paw raises and lowers as the vehicle rolls like the traditional figurine.
It features a V8 engine with gold coin decorations. A large turbocharger is held up by the maneki-neko figure, mirroring the classic pose where it holds a koban coin. A plate bearing the characters "招き猫" (maneki-neko) is featured on the rear of the engine.
