Hot Wheels Wiki says - Dairy Delivery (also named Moo Mobile, Steel Passion, Mom's Delivery and Milk Truck) is an original design by Phil Riehlman based off a 1985 Divco Milk Truck. A carton-shaped fuel canister and crates of milk are cast into the interior. A single prototype based off the supercharged 1941 Chevrolet COE from the Jeepers Creepers film was created by Dave Martis in 2001 that went unreleased due to Mattel avoiding R-Rated licenses. Another unreleased version was announced at the 25th Annual Hot Wheels Collectors Convention in 2011. Dairy Delivery has been a renowned casting in collecting circles due to its aesthetic and was retooled once in 2023, becoming a post-post riveted model.
